I found Charli on social media and was wanting to renovate my ensuite for a while and I thought I would inquire. Charli was very responsive and even though we were on the opposite sides of the island she met with me virtually (zoom) and everything was done through email. Technology was a great thing that allowed Charli to help me design our new bathroom. There were lots of hiccups along the way but Charli easily found ways to problem solve. She provided a number of options to choose from and kept in constant contact every step of the way. I wasn’t sure if the distance was going to be an issue but Charli provided the 3D design and ordered most of the items for us. We had to find our own contractor due to unforeseen circumstances but we were pleased with our new space.
